🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
• Confirm findings and discuss repair or replacement options with supervisor
• Review work orders and perform scheduled maintenance services
• Road test vehicles and test automotive systems and components
• Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
• Repair or replace mechanical units or components
• Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer’s specifications
• Communicate effectively with the service writer to identify required parts and additional work needed on customer vehicles

💡 Preferred Skills & Experience

• Valid driver’s license is required
• Red Seal or Automotive Service Technician Certification is required
• Knowledge of Subaru, Volvo, or BMW systems is strongly preferred
• Air conditioning ticket preferred
• Working knowledge of Autel and/or SnapOn diagnostic systems preferred
• Motor vehicle inspection ticket preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
